The first one is a summary of the generative creative process. This will help you integrate the creative process into your work
& your life, which will produce immediate and long-lasting benefits.

I've also included an audio recording and leader's guide on
the "BrainWriting Technique." I didn't cover the BrainWriting
Technique in my presentation but I'm including it here because
it's such a great management tool.

It's a "group creative thinking technique" that will allow you to
stimulate & gather ideas from your work team whenever you
want. The audio recording explains it in detail.

The third audio recording details the 8-step process for
turing an angry customer into a loyal customer. Some of
my online customers tell me this is one of their favaorite
recordings.

BOOK RECOMMENDATION
"First Break All the Rules"
This is one of the most important business books
ever written. It details the results of that 25-year study
conducted by the Gallup organization to determine the
the 12 most important characteristics of a working culture
for attracting and retaining the best talent the workplace
has to offer.
This is one of those books that will increase your
"people skills & people wisdom" just by reading it. 
 And it is fascinating reading.

BOOK RECOMMENDATION
"The Ultimate Question"

This is Harvard Professor Fred Reichheld's book, about
how to measure "customer loyalty." And it is so much
more than that!
The principles and strategies in this book have provided
us with an operational approach for creating business
growth by creating customer loyalty.

This is a 46-minute summary of the principles of
the
generative creative process; a summary of the
information I spoke about at the end of our
workshop experience.

As you know, I consider this is the most valuable information I have ever discovered in 17 years of
rigorous research. This information will greatly increase your ability to create results you truly care about, in
your work and in your life.

If you get in the habit of using this structure, the
structure of the creative process, you'll get better
and better at creating the results you want.

This guide was designed to assist you in using the BrainWriting technique with your work team.  You can easily review it before you begin a BrainWriting session,

I think you're really going to enjoy this information which
I've turned into a 26-minute mp3 audio recording.
It outlines an 8-STEP PROCESS that is a psychological
sequence for actually turning an angry customer into
a loyal customer.

It was organized from studies by Dr. Leonard Berry, a
professor of business administration from the Mays
School of Business at Texas A&M University.

As it turns out, if you handle an angry customer properly
they will become more loyal than they were before the mistake or misunderstanding happened that provoked
their anger.

I think most of you already have a good intuitive idea of
what this behavioral sequence is all about. Some of it
even seems obvious, but it is very productive to bring
our intuitive wisdom to conscious awareness with this
kind of "best practice" information.

This process takes the guess work out of how to handle
an angry customer, and will help you recover skillfully
from inevitable blunders.
